Bauer Built, Inc. Announces the Expansion of Its Commercial Tire & Service Mechanical Facility in Fremont, NE.

Tad Bauer, President of Bauer Built, Inc. of Durand, WI, announces the completion of an expansion project at its Fremont, NE, tire and service center. “Across Nebraska, Bauer Built Tire & Service has seven commercial tire centers and the expansion at our Fremont facility enhances our capabilities to better service our customers.” said Bauer.

The Fremont Bauer Built Tire & Service center now offers commercial mechanical repairs for our trucking fleets such as alignments, brake and wheel end repairs; plus expanded storage for commercial truck and farm/Ag tires that are a key component of the business in the Fremont market.

“Adding 6,000 square foot to the existing service center provided us the ability to add two additional drive-in commercial bays, a commercial alignment pit, an above-ground hoist for light truck repair services, three loading docks, and a fully paved concrete parking lot,” added Wade Brantner, Director of Property.

Our Fremont facility located at 2547 W 23rd Drive will continue to offer leading truck tires from Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Michelin Retreads, Continental, General, Galaxy, and now Cooper Tires and provides commercial mechanical services, 24/7 emergency truck and farm tire service, commercial wheel refinishing and mounted wheel services for fleet customers.

Bauer Built, founded in 1944 by G. F. “Sam” Bauer, has been in business more than 75 years. Bauer Built has 33 Tire and Service Centers, one wholesale division, two distribution centers, six Michelin Retread plants, and two wheel-refinishing operations, all spread across nine Midwest states.
